Cancellation:-

• If you find any issue with the service, you can send an immediate refund request. This can be done by sending a mail to coordinator@airwavesinternet.com. Remember that you have to apply for a refund on or before the deadline and no extension of date is applicable.
• A customized solution which is not part of our regular products is non-refundable.

Refund:-

• Plan charges corresponding to the number of days/months of use/data transfer shall be payable/deducted from the upfront amount received to determine refund if any. The full month shall be counted in case the usage is for part of the month.
• This service is based on a monthly subscription with a one-time installation which is not refundable and a security deposit is refundable at the time of termination of the connection from the customer end or by the company but our products need to be in working condition otherwise security deposit will be forfeited.
